Ririe Bulldogs (Ririe, ID) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Salmon Savages (Salmon, ID), 60-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Ririe upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Sugar-Salem (Sugar City, ID) to play the Diggers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. The Diggers go into the bout with a record of 5-7. Sugar-Salem lost 66-57 in their recent non-league bout against Shelley (Shelley, ID)

Next up, the Savages play the North Fremont Huskies (Ashton, ID) in a 2A Nuclear bout, on Friday, January 19. Salmon will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Huskies go into the bout with a 9-2 record after their 63-53 league win over Firth (Firth, ID).
