    • Texas High School Basketball - West Brook routs Summer Creek

    January 17, 2024: Beaumont, TX 77706

    In Wednesday's league outing, the West Brook Bruins (Beaumont, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Summer Creek Bulldogs (Houston, TX), by a margin of 88-66.

    The Bruins (18-8) will now prepare for their outing against Atascocita (Humble, TX). The Eagles go into the 6A Region III District 21 outing with a 22-6 record. In their last outing, Atascocita smashed Kingwood (Kingwood, TX), 54-38, in a league outing.

    The Bulldogs now own a 13-12 record. They play next when they host Humble for a 6A Region III District 21 outing on Friday, January 19. Summer Creek will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 92-72 league loss to King (Houston, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-17.
