The Dutch Fork Silver Foxes basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Chapin Eagles to 36 in the Silver Foxes non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Silver Foxes now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to River Bluff for a contest on Thursday, January 18. Dutch Fork will battle a Gators team coming off a 53-24 league loss to Irmo (Columbia, SC). The Gators record now stands at 2-3.

The Eagles (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against White Knoll (Lexington, SC). The Timberwolves enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, White Knoll was defeated by Orangeburg-Wilkinson (Orangeburg, SC), 56-40, in a non-league contest.
