Granada Hills Charter Highlanders (Granada Hills, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Cleveland Cavaliers (Reseda, CA), 59-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Granada Hills Charter upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Highlanders travel to El Camino Real (Woodland Hills, CA) to play the Royals in a bout on Friday, January 19. The Royals go into the bout with a record of 6-4. El Camino Real won 51-47 in their recent league bout against Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA)

Next up, the Cavaliers play the Chatsworth Chancellors (Chatsworth, CA) in a bout, on Monday, January 22. Cleveland will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Chancellors go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 55-53 league win over Taft (Woodland Hills, CA).
