The Grand Valley Mustangs basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the visiting Berkshire Badgers to 41 in the Mustangs league victory on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southeast for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Grand Valley will battle a Pirates team coming off a 46-34 non-league loss to Manchester (Akron, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 6-7.

The Badgers (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Jefferson Area (Jefferson, OH). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Jefferson Area edged Lakeside (Ashtabula, OH), 51-9, in a league contest.
