The Central Knights basketball team scored 29 points and restricted the visiting Times Squared Academy Eagles to 19 in the Knights league victory on Wednesday.
The Knights now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Providence Country Day for a Division 4 contest on Friday, January 19. Central will battle a Knights team coming off a 39-17 league loss to Hope (Providence, RI). The Knights record now stands at 2-7.
The Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Block Island (New Shoreham, RI). The come into the Division 4 contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Block Island dropped by Central (Providence, RI), 27-25, in a league contest.
