Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Chatham Charter Knights (Siler City, NC) and the host Southern Wake Academy Lions (Holly Springs, NC), saw Chatham Charter's basketball squad wallop Southern Wake Academy by a count of 64-13.

With the victory, Chatham Charter upgrades its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Knights host River Mill (Graham, NC) to play the Jaguars in a 1A Central Tar Heel challenge on Friday, January 19. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 6-10. River Mill won 54-24 in their recent league challenge against Ascend Leadership (Sanford, NC)

Next up, the Lions play the Woods Charter Wolves (Chapel Hill, NC) in a 1A Central Tar Heel challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Southern Wake Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-12 season record.
