The Timberwolves come into the challenge with a record of 21-4. Pineywoods Community Academy won 51-45 in their recent league challenge against Central Heights (Nacogdoches, TX)

Next up, the Hornets play the Woodville Eagles (Woodville, TX) in a 3A Region III District 21 challenge, on Friday, January 19. Hemphill will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 46-33 league loss to Huntington (Huntington, TX).
