With the victory, South Granville improves its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Vikings host Southern Durham (Durham, NC) to confront the Spartans in a 2A/3A Northern Lakes challenge on Friday, January 19. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Southern Durham won 77-12 in their recent league challenge against Granville Central (Stem, NC)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Vance County Vipers (Henderson, NC) in a 2A/3A Northern Lakes challenge, on Friday, January 19. Durham School of the Arts will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Vipers come into the challenge with a 10-0 record after their 51-43 non-league win over Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC).
