In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Dwight-Englewood Bulldogs (Englewood, NJ) basketball squad edged the host Palisades Park Tigers (Palisades Park, NJ), by a margin of 25-24.
The Bulldogs (2-7) will now prepare for their outing against Leonia (Leonia, NJ). The Lions go into the North Jersey - Liberty outing with a 11-3 record. In their last outing, Leonia held off New Milford (New Milford, NJ), 43-28, in a league outing.
The Tigers now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bogota for a non-league outing on Friday, January 19. Palisades Park will clash with a Buccaneers squad coming off a 42-35 non-league win over Ridgefield Memorial (Ridgefield, NJ). The Buccaneers record now stands at 6-7.
