The Franklin Warriors (Somerset, NJ) basketball crushed the visiting Pennington Red Raiders (Pennington, NJ), 62-40 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Warriors (5-10) will now prepare for their test against Bridgewater-Raritan (Bridgewater, NJ). The Panthers go into the Skyland - Raritan test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, Bridgewater-Raritan walloped Millburn (Millburn, NJ), 49-43, in a non-league test.
The Red Raiders now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Hill School for a Mid-Atlantic Prep test on Saturday, January 20. Pennington will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 51-21 non-league win over Barrack Hebrew Academy (Bryn Mawr, PA). The Rams record now stands at 7-11.
