The Salt Fork Storm basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Georgetown-Ridge Farm Buffaloes to 25 in the Storm non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Storm now sport a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Salt Fork will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 51-26 non-league win over Westville (Westville, IL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 11-10.

The Buffaloes (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hoopeston (Hoopeston, IL). The Cornjerkers come into the non-league contest with a 11-10 record. In their last contest, Hoopeston triumphed over Oakwood (Fithian, IL), 50-44, in a non-league contest.
