Hall-Dale Bulldogs (Farmingdale, ME) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Mountain Valley Falcons (Rumford, ME), 70-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hall-Dale upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 18. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 0-8. Oak Hill lost 58-25 in their recent non-league bout against Poland (Poland, ME)

Next up, the Falcons play the Lisbon Greyhounds (Lisbon Falls, ME) in a B South bout, on Thursday, January 18. Mountain Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a 0-9 record after their 51-12 non-league loss to Telstar (Bethel, ME).
