The Heston Academy Patriots basketball team (St. Helen, MI), was routed 48-4 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy Dragons (Saginaw, MI)
The Dragons now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vassar for a non-league battle on Friday, January 19. Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy will battle a Vulcans team coming off a 26-22 league loss to Laker (Pigeon, MI). The Vulcans record now stands at 1-9.
The Patriots (0-6) will now prepare for their battle against Oscoda (Oscoda, MI). The Owls come into the non-league battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Oscoda trounced Alcona (Lincoln, MI), 51-29, in a league battle.
