Texas High School Basketball - Santa Rosa edges IDEA Weslaco Pike

The Santa Rosa Warriors (Santa Rosa, TX) basketball nipped the host IDEA Weslaco Pike Mavericks (Weslaco, TX), 35-31 in Wednesday's league test.

The Warriors (9-13) will now prepare for their test against Rio Hondo (Rio Hondo, TX). The Bobcats go into the 3A Region IV District 32 test with a 19-4 record. In their last test, Rio Hondo got by Monte Alto (Monte Alto, TX), 79-9, in a league test.
