In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Payne Tech Lions (Newark, NJ) basketball squad beat the visiting Montclair Kimberley Academy Cougars (Montclair, NJ), by a count of 62-54.
The Lions (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Millburn (Millburn, NJ). The Millers go into the Super Essex - Colonial outing with a 3-8 record.
