The Morris Knolls Golden Eagles (Rockaway, NJ) basketball felled the visiting West Morris Mendham Minutemen (Mendham, NJ), 56-48 in Wednesday's league test.
The Golden Eagles (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Morristown (Morristown, NJ). The Colonials go into the non-league test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Morristown thwarted Montville (Montville, NJ), 60-51, in a non-league test.
The Minutemen now own a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Morris Hills for a Northwest Jersey - National test on Thursday, January 18.
