Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Salem Blue Devils (Salem, NH) and the host Nashua South Purple Panthers (Nashua, NH), saw Salem's basketball squad wallop Nashua South by a tally of 73-33.

With the victory, Salem improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Windham (Windham, NH) to confront the Jaguars in a Division I challenge on Friday, January 19. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 8-1. Windham won 58-20 in their recent league challenge against Trinity (Manchester, NH)

Next up, the Purple Panthers confront the Exeter Blue Hawks (Exeter, NH) in a Division I challenge, on Monday, January 22. Nashua South will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Blue Hawks come into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 44-32 league win over Winnacunnet (Hampton, NH).
