The Sutton Sammies basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Nipmuc Regional Warriors to 19 in the Sammies league victory on Wednesday.

The Sammies now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hopedale for a Dual Valley contest on Friday, January 19. Sutton will battle a Blue Raiders team coming off a 42-29 league win over Whitinsville Christian (Whitinsville, MA). The Blue Raiders record now stands at 4-5.

The Warriors (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Douglas (Douglas, MA). The Tigers come into the Dual Valley contest with a 0-8 record. In their last contest, Douglas was routed by Blackstone-Millville (Blackstone, MA), 29-25, in a league contest.
