Ohio High School Basketball - Sidney crushes Xenia

Sidney Yellowjackets (Sidney, OH) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Xenia Buccaneers (Xenia, OH), 61-33 in a league bout.

With the victory, Sidney upgrades its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Stebbins (Riverside, OH) to play the Indians in a Miami Valley bout on Saturday, January 20. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 9-5. Stebbins won 67-63 in their recent league bout against Piqua (Piqua, OH)

Next up, the Buccaneers play the Tippecanoe Red Devils (Tipp City, OH) in a Miami Valley bout, on Saturday, January 20. Xenia will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Red Devils come into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 51-34 league win over Troy (Troy, OH).
