North Carolina High School Basketball - Thomas Jefferson overwhelmed by Burns

The Burns Bulldogs basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Thomas Jefferson Gryphons to 29 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Gaston for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19.
The Gryphons (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Shelby (Shelby, NC). The Golden Lions come into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Shelby triumphed over Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC), 55-45, in a non-league contest.
