The St. Joseph Academy Crusaders basketball team (San Marcos, CA), was toppled 55-41 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Pacific Ridge Firebirds (Carlsbad, CA)
The Firebirds now possess a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rock Academy for a battle on Friday, January 19. Pacific Ridge will confront a Warriors team coming off a 37-29 non-league win over O'Farrell Charter (San Diego, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-10.
The Crusaders (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Army-Navy (Carlsbad, CA). The Warriors come into the battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Army-Navy beat Oceanside (Oceanside, CA), 64-53, in a non-league battle.
