The ALA - Ironwood Warriors (Ironwood, AZ) basketball crushed the visiting Bourgade Catholic Golden Eagles (Phoenix, AZ), 66-37 in Friday's league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 12-6 record. They play next when they host Gilbert Christian for a 3A Metro bout on Thursday, January 23. ALA - Ironwood will play a Knights team coming off a 83-39 league win over Payson (Payson, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 12-6.

With the loss, Bourgade Catholic falls to 5-15 on the campaign. The Golden eagles host San Tan Foothills (Queen Creek, AZ) to play the Sabercats in a 3A Metro bout on Saturday, January 18. The Sabercats go into the bout with a record of 11-8. San Tan Foothills lost 69-44 in their recent league bout against Gilbert Christian (Gilbert, AZ)
