Texas High School Basketball - Miles overwhelms Bangs

The Miles Bulldogs basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Bangs Dragons to 37 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now have a 14-5 record. They play next when they host Ballinger for a 2A Region I District 8 game on Tuesday, January 21. Miles will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 65-39 league win over Bangs (Bangs, TX). The Bearcats record now stands at 13-12.

With the loss, Bangs falls to 8-17 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Winters (Winters, TX) to confront the Blizzards in a 2A Region I District 8 game on Tuesday, January 21. The Blizzards go into the game with a record of 8-13. Winters lost 60-31 in their recent league game against Coleman (Coleman, TX)
