In Friday's non-league contest, the host Beaver Local Beavers basketball team scored a good 66-46 win over the Oak Glen Golden Bears.

The Beavers (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hubbard (Hubbard, OH). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 2-10 record. In their last contest, Hubbard was topped by Lakeview (Cortland, OH), 55-44, in a league contest.
