Georgia High School Basketball - Ware County bests Benedictine

The Ware County Gators (Waycross, GA) basketball toppled the visiting Benedictine Cadets (Savannah, GA), 69-60 in Friday's league bout.
The Gators now possess a 14-4 record. They play next when they host Warner Robins for a AAAA Region 1 bout on Saturday, January 18. Ware County will play a Demons team coming off a 85-43 league win over Perry (Perry, GA). The Demons record now stands at 10-4.
With the loss, Benedictine falls to 14-3 on the campaign. The Cadets travel to Wayne County (Jesup, GA) to play the Yellow Jackets in a AAAA Region 1 bout on Saturday, January 18. The Yellow Jackets go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Wayne County lost 92-49 in their recent league bout against Ware County (Waycross, GA)
