In Friday's league contest, the host Boyle County Rebels basketball team scored a big 64-39 triumph over the Danville Admirals.
The Rebels (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Danville Christian Academy (Danville, KY). The Warriors go into the District 45 contest with a 13-2 record. In their last contest, Danville Christian Academy smashed Pulaski County (Somerset, KY), 64-46, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Admirals battle the Garrard County Golden Lions (Lancaster, KY) in a District 45 contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Danville will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Golden Lions go into the contest with a 8-4 record after their 65-53 non-league win over Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY).
