The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Bulloch Academy Gators (Statesboro, GA) and the visiting Frederica Academy (St. Simons Island, GA), observed Bulloch Academy's basketball team knock off Frederica Academy by a score of 55-41.
The Gators (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Claxton (Claxton, GA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-8 record. In their last challenge, Claxton prevailed over Montgomery County (Mt. Vernon, GA), 80-60, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the encounter the Valwood Valiants (Valdosta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 22. Frederica Academy will attempt to improve on its 11-4 season record. The Valiants come into the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 53-41 league win over Terrell Academy (Dawson, GA).
