The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Burlington Demons (Burlington, WI) and the visiting Wilmot Panthers (Wilmot, WI), observed Burlington's basketball team knock off Wilmot by a score of 57-37.

The Demons (6-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Greendale (Greendale, WI). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, Greendale was knocked off by West Allis Central (West Allis, WI), 90-77, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Elkhorn Elks (Elkhorn, WI) in a Southern Lakes challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Wilmot will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Elks come into the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 61-58 league loss to Westosha Central (Salem, WI).
