The Central Wildcats basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Hatton Hornets to 50 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now have a 15-4 record. They play next when they host Waterloo for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. Central will confront a Cougars team coming off a 11-5 league loss to Athens Bible (Athens, AL). The Cougars record now stands at 8-12.
With the loss, Hatton falls to 2-18 on the campaign. The Hornets host East Lawrence (Trinity, AL) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, January 20. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 10-13.
