North Carolina High School Basketball - Christ the King overwhelmed by Lincoln Charter

January 17, 2025: Denver, NC 28037

In Friday's league test, the Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC) basketball squad trounced the visiting Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC), by a final score of 67-41.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Mountain Island Charter Raptors (Mt. Holly, NC) in a 1A/2A Catawba Shores test, on Tuesday, January 21. Lincoln Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Raptors come into the test with a 8-8 record after their 75-71 league loss to Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC).

The Crusaders (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Langtree Charter Academy (Mooresville, NC). The Lions come into the 1A/2A Catawba Shores test with a 6-9 record. In their last test, Langtree Charter Academy was overwhelmed by Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC), 70-56, in a league test.
