California High School Basketball - Christopher overwhelms Pioneer

The Christopher Cougars basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Pioneer Mustangs to 37 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now possess a 14-2 record. They play next when they travel to Westmont for a Blossom Valley - Mt. Hamilton game on Wednesday, January 22. Christopher will play a Warriors team coming off a 67-61 league win over Willow Glen (San Jose, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 13-3.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Fremont Firebirds (Sunnyvale, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Pioneer will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Firebirds go into the contest with a 7-6 record after their 87-60 league win over Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA).
