In Friday's league contest, the host City College Black Knights basketball team scored a big 71-40 triumph over the Patterson Clippers.
The Black Knights (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Carver Vo-Tech (Baltimore, MD). The Bears go into the Baltimore City contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Carver Vo-Tech smashed Guilford Park (Jessup, MD), 81-43, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Clippers confront the Edmondson-Westside Red Storm (Baltimore, MD) in a Baltimore City contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Patterson will attempt to better on its 3-7 season record.
