The New Creation Christian Academy Crusaders basketball team scored 71 points and limited the host Community Christian Knights to 51 in the Crusaders league triumph on Friday.

The Crusaders now possess a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Unity Christian for a non-league game on Monday, January 20. New Creation Christian Academy will play a Lions team coming off a 63-49 league win over Oakwood Christian (Chickamauga, GA). The Lions record now stands at 3-15.

With the loss, Community Christian falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Young Americans Christian (Conyers, GA) to play the Eagles in a GAPPS - I-AA Region 4 game on Thursday, January 23. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 8-4. Young Americans Christian lost 70-53 in their recent league game against Creekside Christian Academy (McDonough, GA)
