The Lakeway Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored 78 points and limited the visiting Concord Christian Lions to 40 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now have a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Christian Academy of Knoxville for a Division II-A East District 1 game on Tuesday, January 21. Lakeway Christian Academy will confront a Warriors team coming off a 58-54 league win over Grace Christian Academy (Knoxville, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 18-2.

With the loss, Concord Christian falls to 3-14 on the campaign. The Lions host Wartburg Central (Wartburg, TN) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Monday, January 20. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 7-4. Wartburg Central won 64-61 in their recent league game against Jellico (Jellico, TN)
