The Norfork Panthers nipped the visiting Concord Pirates basketball squad by a final score of 52-50 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Panthers face the West Side Eagles (Greers Ferry, AR) in a 1A Region 2 outing, on Monday, January 20. Norfork will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 9-12 record after their 55-54 league win over Calico Rock (Calico Rock, AR).
In their next game, the Pirates battle the Rural Special Rebels (Fox, AR) in a 1A Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Concord will attempt to better on its 11-11 season record.
