The Douglas Trojans basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Coquille Red Devils to 25 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now possess a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Glide for a 3A Far West game on Friday, January 24. Douglas will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 52-39 league loss to South Umpqua (Myrtle Creek, OR). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-9.

With the loss, Coquille falls to 5-10 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to North Valley (Grants Pass, OR) to confront the Knights in a 3A Southern Oregon game on Tuesday, January 21. The Knights go into the game with a record of 4-12. North Valley won 52-32 in their recent league match against Lakeview (Lakeview, OR)
