The Crosshill Christian Eagles bounced the visiting Waldport Irish basketball squad by a final score of 44-23 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Eagles face the Toledo Boomers (Toledo, OR) in a 2A Valley Coast outing, on Tuesday, January 21. Crosshill Christian will attempt to advance on its 7-7 season record. The Boomers enter the battle with a 9-6 record after their 56-30 league win over Monroe (Monroe, OR).
The Irish now own a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Linn for a 2A Valley Coast battle on Tuesday, January 21. Waldport will meet a Cobras squad coming off a 63-40 league loss to East Linn Christian Academy (Lebanon, OR). The Cobras record now stands at 6-11.
