The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Dodson Coyotes (Dodson, MT) and the host Box Elder Bears (Box Elder, MT), observed Dodson's basketball team knock off Box Elder by a score of 65-53.

The Coyotes (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Circle (Circle, MT). The Wildcats come into the C District 3 challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Circle prevailed over Lustre Christian (Frazer, MT), 51-48, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bears battle the Big Sandy Pioneers (Big Sandy, MT) in a C District 9 challenge, on Saturday, January 18. Box Elder will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record.
