The St. Amant Gators (St. Amant, LA) basketball were winner over the host Dutchtown Griffins (Geismar, LA), 66-56 in Friday's league bout.
The Gators now possess a 17-17 record. They play next when they host Glen Oaks for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. St. Amant will play a Panthers team coming off a 44-43 non-league win over Belaire (Baton Rouge, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 11-20.
With the loss, Dutchtown falls to 9-15 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to Thrive Academy (Baton Rouge, LA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-13. Thrive Academy lost 73-59 in their recent non-league bout against Prairieville (Prairieville, LA)
