In Friday's league contest, the host Earle Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 70-28 win over the Maynard Tigers.
The Bulldogs (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Crowley's Ridge Academy (Paragould, AR). The Falcons come into the 1A Region 3 contest with a 17-4 record. In their last contest, Crowley's Ridge Academy smashed Maynard (Maynard, AR), 67-57, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Hillcrest Screamin Eagles (Strawberry, AR) in a 1A Region 3 contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Maynard will attempt to better on its 1-20 season record. The Screamin Eagles come into the contest with a 10-13 record after their 66-37 league loss to Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR).
