Georgia High School Basketball - Savannah overwhelms Emanuel County Institute

The Savannah Bluejackets basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Emanuel County Institute Bulldogs to 17 in the Bluejackets league triumph on Friday.
The Bluejackets now have a 14-4 record. They play next when they host Beach for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. Savannah will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 55-41 league win over Jenkins (Savannah, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-8.
With the loss, Emanuel County Institute falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Treutlen (Soperton, GA) to confront the Vikings in a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. The Vikings go into the game with a record of 9-7. Treutlen lost 77-49 in their recent non-league game against East Laurens (East Dublin, GA)
