In Friday's league contest, the visiting Fayetteville-Perry Rockets basketball team scored a good 49-33 triumph over the Manchester Greyhounds.

The Rockets (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against North Adams (Seaman, OH). The Green Devils go into the Southern Hills contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, North Adams topped Georgetown (Georgetown, OH), 66-43, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Greyhounds battle the Western Indians (Latham, OH) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Manchester will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Indians go into the contest with a 5-3 record after their 68-66 non-league win over Fairfield (Leesburg, OH).
