The Saratoga Falcons basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting Fremont Firebirds to 44 in the Falcons league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now have a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Santa Clara for a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino game on Wednesday, January 22. Saratoga will confront a Bruins team coming off a 82-53 non-league loss to Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 2-13.

With the loss, Fremont falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Firebirds travel to Pioneer (San Jose, CA) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 8-6. Pioneer won 65-55 in their recent league game against Branham (San Jose, CA)
