Texas High School Basketball - Geneva routs John Paul II

January 17, 2025: Boerne, TX 78015

In Friday's league contest, the host Geneva Eagles basketball team scored a big 78-50 win over the John Paul II Guardians.

The Eagles (25-4) will now prepare for their contest against Holy Cross (San Antonio, TX). The Knights come into the TAPPS 4A District 5 contest with a 11-14 record. In their last contest, Holy Cross smashed Incarnate Word Academy (Corpus Christi, TX), 69-56, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Guardians battle the The Christian School at Castle Hills Eagles (San Antonio, TX) in a TAPPS 4A District 5 contest, on Monday, January 20. John Paul II will attempt to better on its 5-11 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 19-13 record after their 77-45 league loss to Geneva (Boerne, TX).
