With the victory, Grace Prep upgrades its record to 18-4 on the year. The Lions travel to Southwest Christian School (Fort Worth, TX) to face the Eagles in a TAPPS 5A District 1 match on Tuesday, January 21. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 7-16. Southwest Christian School won 70-60 in their recent league match against All Saints (Fort Worth, TX)

The Mustangs now sport a 10-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grapevine Faith Christian for a TAPPS 5A District 1 match on Saturday, January 18. Midland Christian will face a Lions squad coming off a 77-53 league win over Fort Worth Christian (North Richland Hills, TX). The Lions record now stands at 22-5.
