Utah High School Basketball - Gunnison Valley trounced by North Summit

January 17, 2025: Coalville, UT 84017

The Gunnison Valley Bulldogs basketball squad (Gunnison, UT), was crushed 58-36 in Friday's league battle with the host North Summit Braves (Coalville, UT)

With the victory, North Summit advances its record to 14-3 on the year. The Braves travel to Duchesne (Duchesne, UT) to meet the Eagles in a 2A Region 15 battle on Friday, January 24. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 4-9. Duchesne lost 50-36 in their recent league battle against North Sevier (Salina, UT)

The Bulldogs now own a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Juan for a 2A Region 15 battle on Friday, January 24. Gunnison Valley will meet a Broncos squad coming off a 53-46 non-league loss to Rockwell (Eagle Mountain, UT). The Broncos record now stands at 8-9.
