The Jacksboro Tigers basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Henrietta Bearcats to 53 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now have a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Bowie for a 3A Region I District 7 game on Tuesday, January 21. Jacksboro will confront a Jackrabbits team coming off a 54-39 league loss to Iowa Park (Iowa Park, TX). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 17-9.

With the loss, Henrietta falls to 10-11 on the campaign. The Bearcats host City View (Wichita Falls, TX) to confront the Mustangs in a 3A Region I District 7 game on Tuesday, January 21. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 10-8. City View won 52-45 in their recent league game against Vernon (Vernon, TX)
