In Friday's league contest, the visiting Swartz Creek Dragons basketball team scored a good 51-39 win over the Holly Bronchos.

The Dragons (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lapeer (Lapeer, MI). The Lightning come into the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Lapeer was topped by Davison (Davison, MI), 70-43, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bronchos battle the Glenn Bobcats (Bay City, MI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Holly will attempt to better on its 2-11 season record. The Bobcats come into the contest with a 11-2 record after their 60-48 league win over Frankenmuth (Frankenmuth, MI).
