The Holy Cross Crusaders (Dunmore, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Western Wayne Wildcats (Lake Ariel, PA), 83-43 in Friday's league bout.

The Crusaders now possess a 12-2 record. They play next when they travel to Honesdale for a Lackawanna 2 bout on Tuesday, January 21. Holy Cross will play a Hornets team coming off a 67-61 league loss to Dunmore (Dunmore, PA). The Hornets record now stands at 6-7.

With the loss, Western Wayne falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Riverside (Taylor, PA) to play the Vikings in a Lackawanna 2 bout on Monday, January 20. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 10-1.
